Abstract
-
This study explores the unique contributions of neurodivergent employees, emphasizing strengths in attention to detail and creative problem-solving. Through 12 semi-structured interviews with neurodivergent employees, HR Professionals and experts, the research identifies how inclusive HR strategies can foster workplace innovation. Findings highlight that neurodivergent individuals not only enhance team dynamics but also advocate for broader diversity. However, rigid HR practices and ongoing stigma remain barriers. The study concludes that flexible, skill-based and empathetic approaches can optimize neurodivergent potential, but also overall workplace satisfaction.
